Care & Concern

This ministry seeks to:

• Welcome new parishioners, provide them with information, offer to visit and to assist them to integrate into the Parish Community.
• Ensure those members of the Community, such as the elderly, housebound, bereaved, ill, isolated, are supported through home visits, reception of the Sacraments and, where possible, appropriate advice as to the services available in the community.
• Respond to people in need in the Parish Community.
• Be a presence in the Parish Community providing a connection between parishioners and their Pastoral Council.
